All orders placed before 12 noon, will be dispatched the same day and will arrive within the requested timeframe.  All orders placed after 12 noon will be despatched the next working day.

Returns

Until our new customer services centre is fully operational, please email us at customerservices@hutchinsonexclusive.com and let us know if you would prefer to be contacted by email or you would like us to call you.

 

Please note that some items are non-returnable; refer to our returns policy below for further details. We should be contacted within 7 days of receipt of your order to arrange your return.

  

Please ensure that all returned items are sent to us complete, unworn, without damage, with all labels attached and in original packaging. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. 

 FAQs

I want to order something as a gift. Will the price be on it when it is delivered?

No, we understand it is important that this does not happen so we don’t include the price on the packing note.

When my parcel arrived, it did not have the price on the packing note.

This is because it may be a gift. The cost will be on your email order confirmation

Where are the products sourced from?

All over the world; we have a team of people constantly searching for new talent to provide us with a fantastic and dynamic range.

I received my product and it is a slightly different shade from the picture on the website

We endeavour to provide accurate representations of our products by using high quality photographs. However sometimes colours will look different on-screen than they do ‘in the flesh’. As our products are not mass produced they will be produced in small batches so variations may occur.

Are the products ethically sourced?

All suppliers are expected to comply with their national employment laws and regulations with particular regard to:

·         Minimum age of employment

·         Terms of employment

·         Freely chosen employment

·         Freedom of association and the right to collective
      bargaining

·         No discrimination

·         Working hours

·         Rates of pay

Can I order a hat in a different size

As the hats are artizan produced, yes you can! However, because it will be individually made there will be a lead time of about 30 days depending on the availability of materials.

I am going to an event at short notice can I get my item quickly?

We offer a pre 10am and a pre 12pm delivery service for those in London and will soon be extending that throughout mainland UK

Will you pass my details on to any third-party companies or organizations

Not if you don’t want us to. We will add you to our non-disclosure list!

Can I order something in a different colour?

As many of our products are hand made then this is based on the availability of materials. However, as some lines are seasonal, this is not always possible.

The country I want delivered to does not have a delivery cost.

I had something delivered to my home country and was charged tax

Customs and tax is sometimes applied depending on the country. H&C cannot be responsible for these extra costs incurred. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay these costs.

The item delivered was the wrong size/colour

Our customer services team will refer to our returns policy and advise you accordingly

Is there a catalogue available?

Because of the dynamic nature of our products and services, we prefer to keep our customers up to date via the website and our newsletter which you can register for via the site.

I saw something the other day on your site and now I can’t find it

 Product care

Due to the unique nature of many Hutchinson & Co products, some products will need a little bit of extra care and attention to ensure that they stay in great condition. Many of our items have intricate clasps and decoration. Please be careful not to allow these to catch or snag your garments. Some items may contain dark coloured dyes; do not let these items come into contact with lighter fabrics.

Returns policy

Please ensure that all returned items are sent to us complete, unworn, without damage and with all labels attached. All items must be in original packaging. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

Some items are non-returnable: Earrings, any goods damaged or soiled by the customer.
